1. Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation before the project begins. Once work has started, payments made are generally non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in cases where Intine is unable to deliver the agreed service.
3. Revisions & Approval
Once a deliverable is approved by the client, it is considered final.
4. Delays
Project timelines may shift if required assets, feedback, or approvals are delayed by the client.
